Hello LIME members?
I would like to introduce the Korean Meibomian glands and Ocular Surface (KMOS) Group to you.
In Korea, there is a group to study meibomian glands and ocular surface diseases similar to LIME. Four people began a small meeting in the fall of 2015, and KMOS first official meeting was held on July 22, 2016. Now there are 11 members.
We meet together every two months and discuss many things including multi-center clinical studies. We plan to publish a paper with the name of KMOS soon.
We look forward to the LIME-KMOS joint meeting at the ARVO annual meeting in Honolulu next year. We hope that academic exchanges between the two groups and our friendship will grow stronger.
