Today, it was so cold in Tokyo.
I went to Hot Yoga lesson to warm my body and heart. Actually, I have started Hot Yoga since this summer in order to do core training. I was nervous because I am not good at playing sports. However, yoga really helps my health and heals my heart. I love Yoga!
In today’s lesson, the trainer asked me to hug myself to thank for the healthy body and heart. I felt really warm holding my body. I suppose that warming not only eyelid but also the whole body improves the quantity and quality of meibum!
