Annual Congress of Japan Clinical Ophthalmology 2017 was held in TOKYO (12-15 October). Lime working  group had an opportunity to have a instruction course in the congress, and title of instruction was “Meibomian gland dysfunction for beginner -Basic and hot topics-“. We have talked in same congress for many times, thus presentation was going well. Room was packed with a lot of audience. This time, I talked about Demodex. Since demodex may not be familiar to Japanese ophthalmologist, many people could study a lots. I also could study about dry eye as well as MGD in this congress
